A gallery is actually a place where art can be seen and bought. But with the gallery in Cala Ratjada, Frank and Laura Krüger have created more. Here, art creates a framework to bring people together! And so there are always great events in the gallery that ensure a great time with even better people and that everyone involved will remember for a long time! Such an event took place again this week!
Festes de Sant Roc
At the moment there are celebrations in many places on Mallorca and Cala Ratjada has also organized a festival in honor of the patron saint for a week with many activities. The Festes de Sant Roc featured workshops, a foam party, dance performances and even a band parade and much more. The celebrations ended last Tuesday with a fair in honor of Sant Roc and a great fireworks display in the port, which is always a very special highlight for the residents of Cala Ratjada and of course also for the holidaymakers!
Like a few weeks ago, Frank and Laura offered the gallery with the terraces and a direct view of the harbor to watch the fireworks! With champagne and nice people, there was the opportunity to enjoy the fireworks in the first row, so to speak, and also to have a great view of the hustle and bustle on the Paseo! And it was a great evening that couldn’t have been nicer. There were great conversations, getting to know a lot, exchange about art and of course the beautiful island and much more. A successful evening all round!
Art brings people together
Although the event was of course held because of the fireworks, it is basically the art that brought people together here. And that’s what Frank and Laura Krüger always manage to do with their gallery in Cala Ratjada. In the year that the gallery has existed, a number of events have already been organized and they have always been well received by visitors. This shows that art is not something that one looks at and admires in silence, but rather something that is fun and offers a great basis for coming into contact with others.
