The artist Frank Krüger grew up in Berlin and therefore has very close ties to the city. As an original Berliner, his grandparents were already from the capital, the city is very close to his heart.
Gallery in Berlin
Frank has chosen a very special place for his Galeria Frank Krüger in Berlin. The gallery is located at Gendarmen Markt, one of the most beautiful squares in Europe. The premises were free and after seven months of consultation, the owners, among all the applicants, chose Frank Krüger.
Prior to this, the traditional company, Meissener Porzellan, had been represented in the premises for 43 years. This circumstance also led Frank to believe that this location was exactly the right one.
Fantastic location of the gallery
The exposed location is worth gold for the gallery. Because who doesn’t know the Gendarmen Markt? Everyone knows where it is immediately. The place is known and loved by locals and tourists alike. The Gendarmen Markt is comparable with Berlin – Kurfürsten Damm, Paris – Champs-Élysées or New York – 5th Avenue.
From the gallery one looks directly at one of Berlin’s landmarks: the German Cathedral. Moreover, this excellent location brings many visitors to the gallery. A true “pool position”.
So, the artist now has two “suitcases” in Berlin, his family and his gallery!
