Anyone who has known and followed Frank Krüger and his art for a long time has certainly already seen or even met his wife Laura Hahne. Together with her, Frank leads the galleries in Palma, Artà and Berlin with great success – and that is not least due to Laura’s sales talent and business acumen. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, she learned early on what business is all about and has been able to gain a lot of experience over the years, which now also benefits the galleries!
Laura Hahne: Power woman with a lot of positive energy and endless ideas
Anyone who knows Laura is immediately enthusiastic about her. She is almost bursting with energy and is always in a good mood, has a smile for everyone. With her positive nature and focus on solutions instead of problems, she also tackles challenges in the business area with great vigor. She always finds ways to make the best of all situations. This has been shown time and again, especially in the last year, when her seemingly endless ideas have not only impressed Frank, but also his fans and the community on Facebook and Instagram.
For several years, Laura has been looking for new artists, office tasks, customer service, shipping and of course the employees. She is also very active in marketing and thus ensures that Frank can concentrate fully on his art. Almost by the way, she’s also mom, the family’s health manager and of course also takes care of the couple’s five cats. If you read all of this, you can hardly imagine that there is still time for other things. But Laura Hahne gets everything under one roof and also makes sure that sport and relaxation are not neglected. So she really is a real power woman!
From fashion agency to gallery owner
Laura, who was born in Berlin in 1972, inherited her business acumen, so to speak. Her parents had a fashion agency and so she grew up in the company and quickly saw what makes for success. Laura’s heart also beat fast for fashion and so she trained herself in a fashion company (Jean Claire), only to join her father’s business at the age of 20. In 2004 she met Frank Krüger on Mallorca – and was not only a fan of his art, but also of himself! Their daughter Lara was born in 2006 and three years later Laura took the step and moved to Mallorca with Lara to be by Frank’s side every day from now on.
However, Laura did not see herself in the sole role of housewife and mother, but soon founded her own label * Laura Mallorca * and designed beautiful pillows and bags made of Valencian traditional fabrics. Laura Hahne offered her accessories together with works of art by Frank Krüger in boutique galleries and quickly made a name for herself – even beyond the borders of the island. But when the manufactory she had hired to make the bags went bankrupt, Laura gave up her label. Instead of diving back into fashion, she now devoted herself even more to art. Her tasks in and around the galleries grew and soon nothing would work without her!
Frank and Laura: A great team!
When Frank talks about his wife Laura, you immediately notice that two of them have looked for each other and found each other here. Frank emphasizes again and again that Laura is not only his absolute dream woman and the best mother he can imagine for his daughter. Rather, she is also his muse, his best friend, his business partner and his motivation! And so, even after their many years together, his eyes shine when he talks about her. Together they celebrate every success, they master all hurdles and go their own way. It also shows again that the adage that behind every successful man there is a strong woman has not lost its relevance today – because Laura Hahne is definitely a strong woman!
