Sometime … is now! This is probably the best way to sum it up when a dream comes true. Frank Krüger has long dreamed of creating life-size bulls one day and giving them his own personal touch. This project was not easy to implement, because, as so often, Frank had a special idea. And he didn’t want to be satisfied with just any possibilities that weren’t exactly what he could see in his mind’s eye. But now the time has finally come, the dream becomes reality!
A life-size bull – here we go!
What can be seen here as a 3D model is the first step towards something very special! What you can see here is the model that will soon be used to create life-size (or even slightly larger) bulls. The implementation is a long-cherished dream of the artist Frank Krüger. It was a long way from the idea to the current project status. Frank could have made it easy for himself and used existing options. Customization would have been possible in the form of painting and it wouldn’t have taken long to get started.
But simple options are not always the best. Frank had a very special picture in mind and the available possibilities simply didn’t come up. Not even close yet. So it quickly became clear: From the idea to the finished bull, everything has to be done by yourself! And that just doesn’t happen overnight. But now the time has come.
Life-size bull sculpture – this is how it will be created!
A 3D model was created from the image that Frank had in front of his eyes for a long time. This model is in turn the template for a pattern that is created with the 3D printer. A shape is then created from the pattern, which is used for the casting. Ten bronze sculptures of the bulls and others made of plastic are planned, which can then easily stand outside and are weatherproof! They are then refined with a painting in Pop Art style by Frank – and that is guaranteed to make them a unique eye-catcher!
Frank is extremely excited to be able to fulfill his heart’s desire and can hardly wait until the first sculptures are finished. Of course, this will not happen with a snap of the finger, but the first important steps have been taken and from now on everything can go its way! The new project is being implemented with a lot of passion and there will certainly be insights into the progress of the project on Facebook and Instagram!
