New studio: space for creativity

Creativity needs space – and a lot of creativity needs a lot of space! For this reason, Frank Krüger has now a new studio and has made sure that there is enough space for all his ideas. He has now found the right place for it and after moving out of the garage at home, even more progress is now being made!

New studio offers a lot of space!

“Laura, isn’t there room for a bull next to the sofa?” Even if Frank Krüger never uttered this sentence to his wife Laura, it could almost have been like that. For a long time now, the fairly large garage on the family property has not been big enough to accommodate all of Frank Krüger’s creative ideas. And right now, when the big bull sculptures are supposed to be on their way to Mallorca, the space is urgently needed. So Frank didn’t hesitate for long when an opportunity presented itself and he quickly moved his studio.

Now he has a whole hall with 300 square meters at his disposal and there is no question that Frank knows how to use it well! Even before the bulls move in there, some works of art have already moved in and are waiting to be completed. Good light is also provided and, above all, that the artist can work undisturbed and thus really get into the flow. And the flow is known to be the state in which the greatest things are possible.

Live creativity!

When we think of an artist at work, we all often have the romanticized image of the nice little uncluttered studio with the window wide open and the sun shining. In reality, however, it usually looks very different. The photos of Frank’s new place of work were taken shortly after the move and of course it’s not quite finished yet. But it is already quite clear: there are a lot of working materials such as e.g. B. the colors that need space. And since the working materials are not only there to be looked at, they are also available wherever they are needed.

A studio is certainly not as tidy and comfortable as is often assumed, but it offers a lot more opportunity to really live creativity. It can then look a bit wild around it. It is precisely this that often supports the creative process – and if it’s just that the artist doesn’t have to constantly think about where to put his paints, brushes and spatulas without causing stains. Because then it’s possible to just concentrate on the art and create the results that we can then admire shortly afterwards.
