Anyone who has followed Frank Krüger and his wife Laura on the social media channels over the past few days will have seen it: the family was in New York and combined the pleasant with the useful there. They took us with them on their journey with lots of photos and videos and shared their impressions and experiences with us!
New York is simply indescribable
Frank Krüger’s love for the city of New York is no secret. The city appears again and again in his works of art and is also always present in his life and almost a kind of place of longing. While many feel stressed out by the hustle and bustle of the city that never sleeps, Frank thrives and recharges in it. And of course he also fills up his ideas store so that he can continue to surprise his fans with great works of art in the future.
Whether 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Center or Coney Island: Frank and his family really got the most out of their New York trip and had many adventures. They’ve been to Times Square on World Yoga Day, doing yoga with thousands of others, flying in open-top helicopters, roller-skating on Central Park’s skating rink, and more! With the city bikes they meandered through the often tough traffic and of course one or the other shopping tour was not to be missed – just like the reference to art! Because when he travels, Frank always uses the opportunity to get in touch with local artists and, of course, to discover great new works of art for the galleries in Mallorca and Berlin!
There is nothing like it!
But what is it that fascinates Frank so much about New York? This is probably difficult to put into words. From his very first visit to the city, he was captivated by the energy that reigns there. Since then, his heart has been beating for New York City – and even if he loves his hometown Berlin and his adopted home Mallorca very much, New York always remains his place of longing, where he can recharge his batteries like nowhere else the city and adapts to its rhythm.
Frank also infected his wife Laura and their daughter Lara with his great love for New York and so they enjoyed this trip together very much and created many unforgettable memories. Of course, as always, the time was far too short, but with the many photos and videos, Frank in particular can draw on them for a very long time and take the energy with him into everyday life – because of course it’s back very quickly! The day after landing in Mallorca, Frank and Laura were already out and about in the studios and galleries and there for the art and the customers!
