Success can be measured in many ways. Some see financial success above all, others self-realization – and Frank Krüger measures his success, among other things, in the relationships with his customers and fans, which are really important to him. They show in turn that they are not only enthusiastic about the art, but also about the people behind it!
The secret to happy customers
Inspiring people with his art was the plan that Frank Krüger pursued early on. Today he can proudly say: “I have achieved this goal!” The artist’s works can be bought in four of his own galleries (three on Mallorca, one in Berlin) and of course art prints can also be ordered directly online via a shop. But that alone does not account for the success of Frank Krüger and his wife Laura. You know: People buy from people and so it is above all the personal relationships with prospects and customers that are a yardstick for their success.
A chat in the gallery, a virtual walk together through Cala Ratjada or a little chat in between: Frank and Laura love getting to know their fans and customers and being in contact with them. It is not uncommon for new works of art to emerge from these encounters, simply because they were given as ideas. Some of the aluminum sculptures, for example, arose from ideas that came from viewers in a Facebook Live, among other things. Frank really appreciates that and is always happy about a creative exchange!
Everything done right!
Looking at the exchange on social media, visits to the galleries and much more, Frank and Laura can be sure that they have done everything right. Such a warm and close relationship is anything but a matter of course! This is also shown again and again by the great gifts that reach the artist and his family. Frank and Laura are always speechless at the beautiful things and love gestures they achieve!
From eggnog (Frank loves it) and sparkling wine as well as champagne to books and delicacies such as Mozart balls and almond liqueur to stuffed animals, coins, key rings made of real gold, a piece of the Berlin Wall and a handmade blanket with the motif “Toro Thiago”, the Krügers have already made it surprised with many great things. “We are always very happy about the great gifts and every single one is something special for us!”, Frank summarizes his thoughts on it. And there is no doubt that it is meant to be honest, because anyone who knows Frank and Laura knows how grateful they are for all the great people around them!
